Chalmers Col Fondo Rosé Brut
100% Aglianico, a Southern Italian grape that is making waves in Australia. It’s a drought resistant variety that can handle the hot + dry weather, and makes elegant wines. Col fondo is the Italian term for a pét nat, which is a sparkling that finishes its fermentation in the bottle.
