Botanical Alchemy is our our year-long exploration of how the botanical world shapes wine from root to glass. Each quarter celebrates a plant archetype — Willow, Peony, Sunflower, and Cedar — that mirrors the emotional and sensory qualities of the season. Through this lens, our winemakers and curators bring together bottles that don’t just taste extraordinary; they carry the mood, movement, and meaning of the natural world. Willow — Early spring carries its own quiet magic: a softening of earth, a whisper of green in the air, the first rise of sap beneath the bark. Willow embodies this gentle awakening. Expect alpine whites, pét-nats, and coastal varietals that feel alive with motion. Our curation highlights wines with freshness and lift: bright botanicals, mineral threads, and the promise of new life unfurling.
Peony — The world opens in petals. Light lengthens, colors deepen, and the season moves with effortless grace. Inspired by the lush generosity of the peony, this quarter highlights rosés, floral whites, and light reds that radiate softness and quiet luxury. These are wines that smell like summer is beginning — lifted, delicate, and impossibly pretty.
Sunflower — Summer at its height is pure radiance: golden, warm, and full of life. Sunflower channels this bright vitality. Our selection revels in sun-kissed flavors: ripe orchard fruit, tropical brightness, and wines that glow with the energy of long, lingering days. Expect skin-contact whites, Mediterranean blends, and fruit-forward chilled reds that taste like long days, open windows, and shared tables.
Cedar — As the year deepens, the world grows quiet and the senses turn inward. Cedar anchors this season of reflection. Here you’ll find wines with depth and intention. Earthy, spiced, and warmly citric, these wines are crafted for fireside evenings, slow meals, and winter’s steady embrace.

Choose to pay quarterly (four installments) or annually (one-time payment). There is a 4-quarter minimum commitment.
