Winemaker: Karim Vionnet
Karim is responsible for the organic farming and vinification of 5 hectares of plots around Beaujolais, mostly old-ish vines (40- to 60-years-old). He makes many different Gamay cuvees, all using carbonic maceration, that are wildly tasty and highly sought after. On the palate, Grabuge is reminiscent of dessert. It’s an off-dry demi-sec, bursting with flavor, sweetness, and bubbles that’s perfect for all seasons. Notes of honeysuckle delight the senses, encouraging the sipper to fill another glass.
